Whole Wheat BBQ Chicken Pizza

Don't like waiting for dough to rise? Me neither. I take this whole wheat bread recipe, divide it into three or four sections, roll them out into rectangles, and flop the dough right into a cookie sheet sprayed with Canola and sprinkled lightly with corn meal.
I used a silicone basting brush to spread on a layer of KC Masterpiece Hickory Brown Sugar,



top with fresh chicken cooked only in Canola spray,








sprinkle with finely grated cheese (it covers more ground that way),







and then top with red onion curls. Bake at 350 for 30 mins, slice and enjoy!
