Sun-dried and Blazing Omlet


Sometimes you just really nail it with a new invention. This has become one of my newest faves:

I love simple, as you may have noticed, and this one wins on both accounts with flavor and simplicity - not to mention style.

Sorry about those erky date stamps. Five egg whites, diced jalapeƱo peppers, a drabbeling of sun dried tomatoes, a dashedy-dash of Spike, and gently fold over once the edges pull away.





Enjoy and think about it all day. Oh, and if you aren't sure what Spike is, it's a lovely salt-free seasoning.
