Always Room for More Veggies!

Above: Julienned cucumber on swiss with Litehouse Thai Peanut dressing on a La Tortilla whole wheat wrap (turkey optional).
Above: Oil and vinegar is not just for bread. Broil slices of eggplant on both sides until golden brown, serve with cold first press virgin and Bistro Blends balsalmic with fig paste.

Above: Spaghetti squash cooks at a reasonable pace in the microwave with a touch of butter and black pepper
Above: Steamed julienned zucchini is great with curry sauces, spaghetti sauce, or salsa.
