Holiday time, study time, no time. This is a great little toss-together. Add a side of fresh pineapple as a colorful compliment to the tangy tomato and balsamic. I do apologize for the shoddy pics - iPhone cameras simply don't do justice to food photography with those brownish reds and washed out yellowed hues.
